FROM OUR FAMILY, TO YOURS
Pumpkins are a long-standing tradition in the McCormick family. After all, we wouldn’t be here today if our mother, Rosemary, hadn’t made the decision to go out on her own with a wagon full of pumpkins and sell them on the side of the road when she was just 12 years old.
We’re passionate about bringing families together to celebrate that same tradition—the only difference is, we’ll do the pumpkin picking for you (but you can carry them out in your own wagon, if you’d like).
At Fall Harvest Farm, we believe in providing our community with the same fresh, sustainably farmed food we feed our own family. We believe in nurturing the land with high-quality nutrients, organic amendments, and limiting the use of pesticides and herbicides. Our crops are hand-picked from our family, to yours.
We may only be 20 minutes outside of Kitchener-Waterloo, but stepping onto our property will transport you to a rustic country farm. Some of our equipment may look like antique props—but that’s because we believe in doing things the old-fashioned way.
Wagons filled with pumpkins, squash and gourds will guide you to our timber frame country store, where you’ll find a wide selection of fresh fruit, vegetables, and locally sourced artisanal goods.
Farming has defined our family for generations. Which is why we’re passionate about supporting other small farms and businesses in our area. Think of our store as a homage to the hard-working farmers in our community. Here, you’ll find artisanal honey, organic flour, craft chippery chips, and fresh cheese from local farmers that have become an extension of our own family.
And don’t forget to stop by during pumpkin season to see our famous pumpkin theme (we’re not giving away any hints this time).
We can’t wait to welcome you to the farm.
